I run a studio with a broad spectrum of interests that connect material systems, digital technologies and computational design. One of these lines of research has lead me to focus on non-standard applications of concrete, while developing a line of comercial products mainly dedicated to urban furniture. I am the head of a research oriented design studio at the Iberoamericana University in Mexico City called Exogenous protocols, endogenous properties which uses composite tensile concrete structure as a main medium of material behaviour exploration.
